These terms of use govern your access to and use of the website at inc48.eu (the "site"), operated by INC48 ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What INC48 is
INC48 is a formation and filing platform preparing to serve the EU INC — the proposed unified European company legal form, commonly referred to as the "28th regime." At the date of these terms, EU INC is a legislative proposal progressing through the European Union institutions. Filings are not yet possible.
INC48 is independent. It is not part of the European Union, the European Commission, or any EU institution, and nothing on this site should be read as an official EU communication.
3. Information on the site
We work hard to keep information on EU INC accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. EU INC legislation is evolving; details may change. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. Always confirm current information and take professional advice before making decisions about incorporation, taxation or fundraising.
4. No legal or tax advice
Reading this site, subscribing to the waitlist, or corresponding with us does not create a lawyer-client or advisor relationship. Any decisions you make based on the site are at your own risk. For your specific situation, consult qualified legal, tax and regulatory advisors in the relevant jurisdiction.
5. Waitlist

6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, code, logos, images — is owned by INC48 or licensed to INC48 and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law.
